Order Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). After processing, your order will be handed over to the carrier company and prepared for transit.

Transit Time

Shipping times are estimated at 4 to 8 business days, with shipments dispatched from Monday to Friday.

Shipping Countries

This shipping policy is valid for deliveries within the United States.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is completely free. Brooklyn-Outfitters covers all shipping costs for every order, with no minimum order quantity required.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@brooklyn-outfitters.com before the order is shipped.
We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed instead.

Damaged on Arrival

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage during transit, contact us immediately with a description and clear photos of the damage.
We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund according to your preference.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived after the maximum delivery time (11 business days), we sincerely apologize. Sometimes delays can occur due to reasons such as severe weather or holidays. Please allow an additional 2 business days.
If your package still has not arrived after this period, please contact us, and we will assist you in locating your order.


Return Shipping Policy

  • Return shipments are at the customer’s own risk.

  • Returned items must be sent back to our warehouse in China.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

  • We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

  • Return costs are not covered by Brooklyn-Outfitters.
